Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 3rd day of August 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Puhi Nui (Rotorua) Limited be liquidated and that Richard James Spicer, chartered accountant of Spicers, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of August 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
