Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 13th day of August 2001 at 3.45 p.m., when Kenneth Freeman resigned as liquidator and appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence jointly and severally in accordance with section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
