Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Auckland Automotive Repair Center Limited (in liquidation) on the 10th day of August 2001 at 11.15 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
