Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of August 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that J & A'S Liquor Store Limited be put into liquidation and that Roland Lawrence Sarten, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of August 2001.
