Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, M. G. Valentine and
A. J. McKenzie, chartered accountants of Jackson Valentine Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Holderbank New Zealand Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of January 2001.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to A. J. McKenzie at Level Three, 258 Stuart Street, Dunedin, or by telephone on

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 20th day of February 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
