Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 16th day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Eyres Road Consulting Limited (formerly Matangi Holdings Limited) be liquidated and that Michael David Gale, chartered accountant of Gale & Associates Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of July 2001 at 8.30 a.m.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes the 30th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
