Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of August 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that NZ Flooring Supplies Limited be liquidated and that David Neville Cooke and Barrie Miles Owen, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of August 2001 at 11.30 a.m.
