Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Paul R. Dickey and Philip M. Child, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed by special resolution of the shareholders jointly and severally as liquidators for the above-named company on the 3rd day of August 2001 at 3.12 p.m.
The liquidation commenced at this time.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993
Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is given that as liquidators of the above-named company, we fix the 28th day of August 2001, as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 3rd day of August 2001, the director resolved that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.
Therefore, there will be no meeting of creditors.
