Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that K H Smith Farm Limited be liquidated and that Paul Giles Muir, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of July 2001.
