Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
The directors having resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, John Robert McCorkindale and James Roland McIvor, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Nelson Quay Developments Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 27th day of July 2001, the date that the liquidation commenced.
