Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on the 21st day of July 2001 at 1.00 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The 31st day of August 2001, is hereby fixed as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
