Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 20th day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of Companies Act 1993, that Kiwi Downs Limited be liquidated and that Neil Kenneth Ruddell, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The company has sold its farming operations and ceased trading.
A declaration of solvency has been filed.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of July 2001.
