Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 4th day of September 2000, when the High Court, Christchurch, appointed the official assignee as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence were subsequently appointed their agent pending an application to the High Court to appoint them as liquidators.
By order of the High Court, Christchurch, on the 4th day of December 2000, Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson were appointed joint and several liquidators.
