Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 23rd day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Frederick Anthony Girvan, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 23rd day of July 2001.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that each company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8), copies of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
