Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Home Construction Limited in place of the resigning liquidators John Robert Buchanan and Stephen Glenn Hotchin.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of June 2001.
