Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 30th day of November 2000, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kowai Restaurant Limited be liquidated and that
C. J. Clark, chartered accountant of Miller Gale & Winter, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of November 2000.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and, therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 24th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
