Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that, by a special resolution of shareholders on the 16th day of July 2001 at 11.00 a.m. and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company has been placed into voluntary liquidation.
Matthew James Doyle, chartered accountant of Wanganui, has been appointed the liquidator forthwith.
The company has ceased trading and all creditors have been paid.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors have signed and filed with the Registrar of Companies a declaration of solvency dated the 16th day of July 2001 and, pursuant to section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, have completed a directors' certificate that the company is able to pay its debts and their reasons for that opinion.
