Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 18th day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tanner Enterprises Limited
be liquidated and that Gregory Victor Millar, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of July 2001.
