Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 12th day of July 2001 at 1.50 p.m., Peter Ralph Clarke and Neil Gene Govenlock resigned as liquidators of the above-named company and appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as their successors.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 24th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
