Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Agricultural Computer Services Limited be liquidated and that John Palairet, of Palairet Pearson, Chartered Accountants, Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of July 2001.
The directors have resolved that all external creditors have been satisfied.
