Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gary Traveller and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Crenel Company Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 16th day of July 2001 at 10.40 a.m., the date that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Crenel Company Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 17th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
