Karen Betty Mason and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of BBS Xpress Couriers Limited (in liquidation) on the
11th day of July 2001 at 8.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of BBS Xpress Couriers Limited (in liquidation) fix the 24th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
