Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Yifan Holdings Limited (in liquidation) on the 11th day of July 2001, replacing Michael A. Clarke pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
