Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Iona Farm Limited be liquidated and that Peter Robert Raleigh Mulligan, solicitor of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of July 2001.
The directors of the company resolved prior to the appointment of a liquidator that the company was solvent and a creditors' meeting is not required to be held.
The company does not have any creditors and, accordingly, no meeting of creditors will be called unless the liquidator receives notice in writing by the 10th day of August 2001 requiring a creditors' meeting to be held.
