Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Neville George Dodd, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by special resolution of the shareholders on the 9th day of July 2001, the date that the liquidations commenced.
