Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that John Huntsbry Midgley, chartered accountant of Midgley Partners, was appointed liquidator of Punakaiki Sawmilling Company Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of July 2001.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to J. H. Midgley at Level Two, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch, on telephone (03) 365 6900.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
31st day of July 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
