Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Bruce W. Warden, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Onemata Orchards Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of July 2001.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
8th day of August 2001, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
