Notice of Originating Application by the Liquidator

Take notice that the liquidator, T. L. Rodewald, has commenced proceedings in the High Court of New Zealand, Tauranga Registry, in which the liquidator is seeking directions under section 284 of the Companies Act 1993.
Take notice that on 24th day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m., the liquidator will apply for a declaration that he is validly appointed as liquidator of Nikau Enterprises Limited
(in liquidation).
A copy of the:
(a) notice of originating application by the liquidator for directions under section 284 of the Companies Act 1993;
(b) affidavit of T. L. Rodewald in support of originating application for directions under section 284 of the Companies Act 1993;
(c) memorandum of counsel for the liquidator in support of originating application by the liquidator for directions under section 284 of the Companies Act 1993; and
(d) minutes of Master Kennedy-Grant dated the 20th day of June 2001 and the 22nd day of June 2001
