Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Dennis Clifford Parsons, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of Ceratec (New Zealand) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) on the 12th day of July 2001 at 10.09 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
