Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 5th day of July 2001, it was resolved by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that South Kaipara Hotel Limited be liquidated and that Robert Brian Rhodes, chartered accountant of Markhams MRI Wanganui Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of July 2001 at 5.00 p.m.
