Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Arthur Maund Leonard McKean, accountant of Tirau, was appointed liquidator of Shamrock Trading Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of January 2001.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 28th day of February 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
