Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 243 (6) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 4th day of July 2001, John Lawrence Vague and Graham George McDonald, from McDonald Vague & Partners, were replaced as liquidators of the above-named company at a meeting of creditors held at their office.
As a result of the above, Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson were appointed jointly and severally as their successors.
