Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that S L Richardson Dental Surgery Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Carlaw Richards, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of July 2001 at 12.00 midday.
