Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Jon Charles Ash, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of Jenkal Holdings Limited (formerly Impex Press New Zealand Limited).
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of December 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
The company has ceased to trade.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to Jon Charles Ash at 133 Vincent Street, Auckland on telephone (09) 379 8410.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
26th day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
