Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

Paul Francis Lynskey and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Southway Properties Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 9th day of July 2001, the date that the liquidation commenced.
We advise that this is a liquidation of a solvent company undertaken as part of the restructuring process of the group.
