Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Marae Ridge Limited be liquidated and that John Palairet, of Palairet Pearson, Chartered Accountants, Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of July 2001.

Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
