Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 25th day of June 2001, it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Scottish Furs New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Robert Brian Rhodes, chartered accountant of 249 Wicksteed Street, Wanganui, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of June 2001 at 9.00 a.m.
The company ceased trading on the 31st day of March 2001.
All known third party creditors have been paid in full.
