Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by way of special resolution of a special meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company, Alan William Badcock and David Charles Fraser were appointed liquidators of the above-named company on the 3rd day of July 2001.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of July 2001.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of the above-named company, which is being liquidated, do hereby fix the
10th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
