Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of July 2001, David Neville Cooke, chartered accountant of Tauranga, resigned his position as liquidator of Burrows Street Enterprises Limited, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by appointing Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Te Puke, as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of December 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
