Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 28th day of June 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Spencer Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Peter Jansen Oborn, chartered accountant of Oborn & Johnson Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of June 2001.
