Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed replacement liquidators of Project Works Construction Limited, pursuant to section 243 (6) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 25th day of June 2001.
The date the liquidation commenced was the 28th day of May 2001.
