Notice to Creditors and Contributories of Intention to Apply for Release
Pursuant to Rule 172 of the Companies Act 1955
Take notice that I, the undersigned joint and several liquidator of the above-named company, intend to apply to the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 16th day of July 2001 at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon, for an order releasing me from my administration of the property of the company.
