Notice of Appointment of Liquidators of a
Solvent Company
On the 2nd day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Nippon Challenge America's Cup 2000 (New Zealand) Limited be liquidated and that Neil Gene Govenlock and Peter Ralph Clarke, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of May 2001.
