Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of June 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Oceania Finance Limited
(in liquidation) be liquidated and that Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 15th day of July 2001.
