The above-named companies were put into liquidation by the appointment of joint and several liquidators.
The writer and Sheree Ann Hart were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 18th day of June 2001 at 12.42 p.m. and 12.48 p.m. respectively.
