Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of June 2001, Iain Bruce Shephard was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to an order by the High Court, Wellington.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of June 2001 at 10.21 a.m.
