On the 8th day of June 2001 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and that Neville Fagerlund, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
This company is solvent and the liquidation is a result of the restructuring of the affairs of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of June 2001 at 4.00 p.m.
A copy of the resolution has been delivered to Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 13th day of July as 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
