Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of June 2001, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of:
? Kokopelli Café Limited at 11.09 a.m.
? Parke Burton Limited at 11.05 a.m.
? Kevin Hay Builders Limited at 11.01 a.m.
The liquidations commenced as at the date and time of our appointment.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 17th day of September 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
