Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Jane Siew-Loo Tan, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed as the liquidator of Hill Street Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of June 2001.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 7th day of July 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
