Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Richard John Wimsett, chartered accountant of Napier, has been appointed liquidator of Pihanga Holdings Limited.
The date of commencement of the liquidation is the 28th day of December 2000.
